Elaine Duncan

Elaine is the Chief Executive of the Scottish Bible Society. The Society is 200 years old in 2009. The work of the Society is to support Bible work (translation, production and distribution) around the world and to encourage Bible engagement in Scotland. Elaine is not only enthusiastic about people having a Bible in their own language, also in helping people understand it and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ through it. Elaine says fresh air, exercise, good coffee, stimulating friends and food go into making a good day! Elaine is originally from Cumbria. She now lives in Glasgow, works in Edinburgh and supports the Scottish rugby team.
